CORPSE-PARTY -Cross Fear- (コープスパーティークロスフィアー KŌPUSU PĀTĪ Kurosu Fiā) is a RPG Maker XP game made by AMISOGUMI and was released on March 15, 2008. This game is a prequel to CORPSE-PARTY if and an indirect sequel to CORPSE-PARTY ZERO by Noraenu.
Plot[]
Before Yoshiki Kishinuma and his friends arrived at the abandoned schoolhouse, there were the Hasegawa sisters. The older sister, Kaori Hasegawa, couldn't save her younger sister, Shiho Hasegawa, and she escaped as the sole survivor. Kaori then pledged to never forget about her beloved sister. However, Kaori couldn't tolerate those who had already forgotten about Shiho, and when she attempted to tell them about her death, no one believed her...

The majority of the cast of characters are patients from a psychiatric hospital along with their doctor:
- Kaori Hasegawa: The main protagonist who survived the abandoned schoolhouse 5 years ago.
- Dr. Mitsuhito Amagasaki: A psychiatrist who works in the hospital where Kaori and Seita are being held.
- Seita Kanemoto: A victim of child abuse who is recuperating at the same mental facility as Kaori.
- Sayako Kasui: A student of Kisaragi Academy Senior High's classroom 2-2.
